This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the standard delivery arrangements for orders placed with kukirin-escooter-UK.

Shipping From

Where stock is available locally, orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse. Pre-order or special-order products may have different dispatch arrangements, which will be stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery Areas

Our standard scooter delivery service is limited to UK Mainland addresses. We do not normally deliver scooters to Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man (IM) or the Channel Islands (JE, GY) unless an alternative shipping method has been confirmed in advance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard in-stock orders are normally delivered in approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or unusually high order volumes.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, applicable import charges for stock already held in the UK are not collected from the customer on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email. The carrier shown on your tracking confirmation is the carrier assigned to your shipment.

Pre-Orders

For pre-sale or pre-order products, the dispatch estimate displayed on the product page takes priority over the standard delivery estimate above.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Problems

Please check your address carefully before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact support@kukirinescooters.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
